Radon Testing

• Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Radon is invisible and odorless and worst of all, everywhere. We provide a short-term test of 48 hours.

Mold Testing

• Mold thrives under three conditions: moisture, dark conditions, and a food source. We offer a mold swab test. The sample will be lab analyzed.

Water Quality

• Well water tests for Lead, nitrates, nitrites, and bacteria.

Wood Destroying Insects

• Independent contractor inspection for termites and other wood destroying insects.
